About the artist

Sarah Kate LaVaccare is a multi-medium artist and writer living in Carpinteria, California. 

She is a graduate of Westmont College where she majored in English Literature and minored in Studio Art. Sarah Kate draws inspiration from the beauty of the ocean and the light that illuminates the Southern California landscape. 

Painting brings her joy and peace as she meditates on the beauty of light and its transformative effects.
